Easy guide on How to Perform The High Hang Power Snatch | Build Explosiveness and Strength
Here’s why I like to program Olympic lift variations for my athletes:
1️⃣ Nothing mimics the impulse spikes that happen during an Olympic lift, especially the high hang power snatch. You must extend explosively, quickly relax and drop into an athletic position, and yield to catch an external load in seconds.
2️⃣ Athletic movements in sport are precise and technical. So why should we limit our athletes, when eager to learn and healthy, from learning a movement that involves precision and coordination? Yes, we can do alternatives like a trap bar jump, but doing both in certain phases could be more benef...

How should I adjust the weight what does it depend on? Should the reps be my failure or close to it or what? Also what is the rest in between sets?

So do you do the 4 sets or just do the follow along 13 minute workout.
@@Messi-mc1yt if you’re a beginner then just follow along. If you’re more advanced then you can add more sets or pause video until you finish all your sets then play it again for the next superset

I'm 14 years old, I wanted to exercise in the same way, but I heard that it can have a detrimental effect on height and make you stunted, so I wanted to ask an expert.
Strength training properly wouldnt affect or stunt growth. At this age, you're not lifting heavy, you're lifting to learn good technique. Also, do a quick google search about it; it'll provide great info about youth strength training.

My daughter is the most uncoordinated 10 year old in the history of mankind. I wish I could find something for her. Something that won't hurt her
She just needs to do it often or even better to find a qualified trainer
